Our History
AL SHARQ PLASTIC INDUSTRIES CO.LTD, founded in 1976, is a member of Takween Advanced Industries.
On 31 December 2014 Al-Sharq plastic industry was acquired by takween advanced industries group – an emerging leader in the plastic packaging industry, Al-Sharq plastics situated in riyadh, the capital of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, continues to be on a par with other leading Takween companies.
Through its management enhancement and recent rebranding it is certain that Al-Sharq will not only maintain its already renowned quality plastic products and reasonable pricing, but will work hand-in-hand with sister companies to a maintain foothold in the local market and enhance its products export capacity to GCC countries, Asia, Africa and European markets.
What We Do
With over 300 moulds and more than 100 machines, it produces a wide array of plastic products by means of injection moulding, blow moulding, film blowing to manufacture plastic pallets, crates, cutleries, IML containers (with In Mould Labelled technology), shampoo bottles, chemical jerrycans ranging from 1 liter to 220 liters drums. Ld roll & bags (FFS films, PE rolls, Shrink, Greenhouse rolls, Lamination films, range of bags including security bag) manufactured by utilizing modern state-of-the-art machineries. We undertake new product development by providing technical support for any new requirements for our customers.
